Secure Shopping
Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment.
Our Website is totally secure offering PayPal or PayPal Pro secure payments and we do not have access to your funds through these sites.

Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods are in GB Pounds (£), excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries.

Returns Information and Exchanges
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a refund (less postage & packaging), provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging (beach bag) with the original delivery note (without this proof of purchase we can not exchange or refund), unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.


You have strictly 14 days to return goods should you not wish to keep them.  



Refunds are normally made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Postage and delivery charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods except if it is our fault (faulty or wrong goods sent).




If you do order the wrong size and need to exchange please return your Saress® with the free beach bag, and your delivery note stating your size requirement.  This must be within 14 working days of your receiving the goods.


Please note exchanges outside the UK postage become payable.


Beach Bags

As of April 2015, we will be phasing out the Beach Bags. Where possible these will continue to be send out, but we are unable to guarantee the availbility.





Postage costs are calculated per order (not per dress)  for UK delivery and weight for overseas.

We operate a fantastic customer service and strive to send out all orders on the same day as long as they are received before 2:30pm when our goods are collected.  (no collections on weekends or holidays)

Items are sent using Royal Mail and general takes 3 days (excluding weekends & bank holidays).  We also offer a next day service with Parcel Force (ex weekends & bank holidays) however on this service you cannot request a safe place as a signature is required, and again orders are needed before 2.30pm.


Please Note:  Your address is NOT checked by us.  Please ensure you enter the complete and full address including House Name/Number, Town, Postcode and check the Country you have Selected.  We can not be held responsible for any errors.  Please do not use commas or full stops in your address as this may cause delays.


For deliveries outside of the UK delivery will be calculated by weight and displayed in your shopping basket before you complete payment. This will be sent via Royal Mail Postal system from the UK. International Parcels, Tax duty is different for each country and you the customer are responsible for paying any extra tax.

Goods in Transit/Lost items:

Please allow a minimum of 4 working days for your goods to arrive when ordering in the UK. In the unlikely event that your goods should fail to turn up please e-mail us with your name, the full address & postcode where you asked for the items to be delivered to and your unique customer order number (this is the 5 digit number on the e-mail we sent to you as your confirmation of order). We will then send you your unique tracking number after we have traced your goods. The goods will usually have been returned to your local sorting office if your postman has been unable to deliver them.

If the goods have not been delivered within 7 working days (UK) we will be happy to refund you in full or despatch a repeat order. Royal Mail will send you a claim for which you will have to fill in and return to them. Once this has been done please contact us to arrange for your refund or your replacement goods to be sent. International orders must be reported missing within 2months of shipping.



Colour Variations:

We do try to ensure colours on each dress are as exact as possible to what is seen on the website. However, colour variance can occur from monitor to monitor and also some browser can also alter the colour you see on your screen. If you require assistance please call and we will help.
