Ordering
Some customers experience difficulty in ordering via our internet site, if you prefer you can order by phone with your credit card – call us on 01902 750657 or send a cheque with your requirements.
Secure Shopping
Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment.
Our Website is totally secure offering PayPal or PayPal Pro secure payments and we do not have access to your funds through these sites. Please also rest assured that we do not pass on any information or sell any data to any other company.
Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries.
Returns Information and Exchanges
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (excluding sale items ), we will exchange them or give you a refund (less postage & packaging), provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging with the original delivery note (without this proof of purchase we can not exchange or refund), unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. You have 10 days to return the goods. 4 days must be allowed for postage, so please ensure your item is posted within 6 days
On refunds postage becomes chargeable if items kept are below minimum free delivery range (4 or more Saress®'s or hats).
Refunds are normally made within 30 days of receipt of goods . Postage and delivery charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning goods except if it is our fault (faulty or wrong goods sent) .
Exchanges
If you do order the wrong size and need to exchange please take your Saress® out of its free beach bag, wrap in tissue and return to us with your delivery note stating your size requirement and we will exchange same day of receipt.
Please note exchanges outside the UK postage become payable.
Delivery
We operate a fantastic customer service and strive to send out all orders on the same day as long as they are received before 4.30pm when our goods are collected.
Items are sent Royal Mail insured, tracked service which means that we can track your order and in general takes 3 days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) On this service you can request a safe place to leave your parcel i.e. porch or garage which prevents the problem of collecting from the sorting office if you are not in. This service is free if you pay for 4 or more Saress®'s or hats. We also offer a next day special delivery service (ex weekends & bank holidays) however on this service you cannot request a safe place as a signature is required, and again orders are needed before 4.30pm.
For deliveries outside of the UK delivery will be calculated by weight and displayed in your shopping basket before you complete payment. This will be sent via Royal Mail Postal system from the UK.
Goods in Transit/Lost Items:
Please allow a minimum of 4 working days for your goods to arrive when ordering in the UK. In the unlikely event that your goods should fail to turn up please e-mail us with your name, the full address & post code where you asked for the items to be delivered to and your unique customer order number (this is the 5 digit number on the e-mail we sent to you as your confirmation of order). We will then send you your unique tracking number after we have traced your goods. The goods will usually have been returned to your local sorting office if your postman has been unable to deliver them.
If the goods have not been delivered within 7 working days we will be happy to refund you in full or despatch a repeat order. Royal Mail will send you a claim form which you will have to fill in and return to them. Once this has been done please contact us to arrange for your refund or your replacement goods to be sent.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to enquiries@exclusivecollections.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order.
