Returns Information and Exchanges
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (excluding sale items or Free offer items ), we will exchange them or give you a refund (less postage & packaging), provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging with the original delivery note, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. You have 10 days to return the goods. If you have ordered the wrong size you may return it with your delivery note explaining your requirements.

On refunds postage becomes chargable if items keept are below minimum free delivery range.

Refunds are normally made within 10 days of receipt of goods but no later than 30 days. Postage and delivery charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the cost of returning goods except if it is our fault (faulty or wrong goods sent) . It would be helpful if you could send us an email when returning goods giving reasons for the return and if faulty the nature of the fault. enquiries@exclusivecollections.co.uk

Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Jurisdiction. The Contract will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of British Courts.
